Cost: $10 for an adult and 1-2 kids, $5 per each additional child

Men's Recharge Fitness

Is the program to help you keep your temple in top shape. This four week training program will have you building and strengthening your body from the very first class. Men's Recharge Fitness uses body weight training with a focus on proper muscle movement and engagement.

Restorative Yoga and Massage Workshops

Restorative yoga uses props and posturing with gentle movement to reach balance within the body. While you are guided into yoga postures a licensed massage therapist will assist you with healing hands to release stress in the muscles. Sign-up early for this stress melting workshop!
