Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. That is why our studio is completely private and exclusive.  We do not sell memberships, or rent space to other trainers and we do not allow other clients/members to come in on your time.  When you are training with us, it is all about you.  We do not allow outside factors to interfere with your progress.  As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.

  1. Are you willing to make changes that may be difficult?  Journaling, increase exercise intensity and regularity, nutrition changes?
  2. Do you understand the importance of doing your homework when you are not with me, your trainer?
